I took a new, expensive comforter that had a stain that the Ross Cleaners employee wasn’t sure would come out since it was new and we didn’t know what the stain was from. I couldn’t return or exchange the comforter because it was a final sale. Well, they got the stain out completely and I was super happy with that. I took it there even though it’s out of my way because I knew if anyone can get a stain out it would be Ross Cleaners. They charge more than my local cleaners but I know to take our nicer clothes and bedding there when needed because you pay for what you get. They’ve been in the area at least 30 years and I hope they never close. I highly recommend them.

So.. I am getting the distinct impression that I shouldn't bring my clothes here.. the lady working the drive thru is closing the door so fast on me, not allowing me to tell her what I want done to my own cleaning. I wonder why..?? yelp next? BBB next? But I'm over it. That's Twice.
