Ross Miller Dry Cleaning provides FREE pickup and delivery service throughout the Kansas City MO area.
How It Works
- Our delivery route begins at 9am and ends at 5pm.
- Just call or use our sign-up form for our delivery service and provide us with credit information to keep securely on file.
- We’ll provide you with a hook for your door, a garment bag and tags for your clothes.
- Provide us with a place to pickup and deliver to and we’ll do all the rest!
Pickup and Delivery Schedules
Our delivery vans can pickup and deliver your dry cleaning or laundry once a week, twice a week, or on-call as needed. The delivery route begins at 9am and ends at 5pm so be sure to have your garment bag on the hook by 9am. Call or email by 7am. There is a $20 minimum for free delivery and a $4.99 charge for under the minimum.
Our pickup and delivery service covers Kansas City, Blue Springs, Independence, Lee’s Summit, Leawood, Prairie Village, Mission Hills and Fairway.
NOTE: Lee’s Summit, Blue Springs and Independence deliveries are Monday and Thursday, all other location deliveries are Tuesday and Friday.

Delivery Holiday Schedule 2024
No pick-up or delivery on the following dates:
- Memorial Day – May 27 – Any items picked up on Thursday, May 23, will be returned on Thursday, May 30. Any items picked up Friday, May 24, will be returned on Friday, May 31.
- Independence Day – July 4 & 5 -There will be no pickup or delivery on July 4 or July 5. Any items picked up on Monday, July 1, will be returned on Monday, July 8 and any items picked up on Tuesday, July 2, will be returned on Tuesday, July 9.
- Labor Day – September 2 – Any items picked up Friday, August 30, will be returned Friday, September 6. Any items picked up Thursday, August 29, will be returned Thursday, September 5.
- Thanksgiving and Black Friday – November 28 & 29. Any items picked up Monday, November 25, will be returned Monday, December 2. Any items picked up Tuesday, November 26, will be returned Tuesday, December 3.
- Christmas – December 25.

If you are one of our once-a-week customers and one of these observed holidays above falls on your pick-up day and you are in need of a quicker turnaround – please call the Lee’s Summit store and request a pick-up on the other day we are in your area.
